There's a new OTC test for urinary tract infections...Azo TestStrips. They're similar to the dipsticks used in doctors' offices.
They test for BOTH nitrites and leukocytes in the urine...other OTC strips for UTIs like UTI Test Strip or Chek-Stix TestStrip only detect nitrites.
The nitrite-only tests aren't as reliable because not all UTIpathogens produce nitrites. The combo test is more accurate.
