FDA will be scrutinizing whether levonorgestrel emergency contraceptives (Plan B One-Step, etc) are effective in heavier women.

European regulators are now warning that these are less effective in women over 165 lbs...and NOT effective in women over 175 lbs.

This is probably due to lower hormone levels in heavier women.
