    Arthrotec comes in two strengths...50 or 75 mg of diclofenac. Both contain 200 mcgof misoprostol.

    Patients usually start with Arthrotec 50 mg BID to QID. Giving it TID or QIDworks best to prevent ulcers...but the high dose of misoprostol can cause abdominal painand diarrhea.
