The Neupro (NU-pro, rotigotine) patch will be back for Parkinson's disease, and is now also approved for restless legs syndrome.

Neupro was recalled in 2008...but now it's reformulated.

Neupro is a dopamine agonist similar to oral pramipexole (Mirapex, etc) or ropinirole (Requip, etc). Expect Neupro to work about as well...and have similar side effects.
