Nasal desmopressin (DDAVP, Stimate, etc) is no longer approved for bedwetting...due to reports of serious hyponatremia.

Most of these cases occur in children using the nasal formulations for bedwetting...probably because dosing errors are more common with the nasal form than the tablets.
