TNKase (T-N-Kase, tenecteplase), a new thrombolytic for acute MIs
Genentech is now introducing TNKase (T-N-Kase, tenecteplase), a new thrombolytic for acute MIs.
TNKase is a modified version of Activase (alteplase, tPA). It's made by substituting 3 amino acids of the tPA enzyme.
